TalentHR currently offers three plans: Free, Essential, and Premium.
Free
With the Free plan, you can have up to 10 active employees on your portal, including the owner of the domain. This does not include terminated or deleted employees. Also, when it comes to our applicant tracking features, while on the Free plan, you can have up to 2 job positions published at a time.
At the moment, our Slack integration is available in Beta for all plans(Free, Essential, Premium), until December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, the Slack integration will be available on the Essential and Premium plans, but Free portals that were already integrated with Slack will keep their activations.
Essential
The Essential plan features Assets, Custom fields , Safe voice and has no maximum user limit. Additionally, the Essential plan offers unlimited job posting capabilities, allowing you to publish and share as many job positions as needed to meet your recruitment goals.
If you decide to purchase the Essential plan, you can choose the maximum user limit corresponding to your needs. You’ll be charged for all the user slots your plan supports. Keep in mind that the first 10 user slots are not free on the Essential plan.
The Monthly Essential plan costs 2.40 USD per user slot per month, while the Essential Annual plan is a more affordable option at 2 USD per user slot per month.
Here’s a quick example:
The Annual package for the Essential plan for 15 employees would cost 2 USD/user/month for each of the 15 employee slots = 30 USD/month = 360 USD/year.
Premium
In addition to all aforementioned features unlocked with the Essential plan, the Premium plan includes access to Zapier, Performance reviews, AI candidate suitability scoring, as well as access to our public API. Similarly to the Essential plan, the first 10 user slots are not free on the Premium plan.
The Monthly Premium plan costs 4.80 USD per user slot per month, while the Premium Annual plan is a lower-cost option at 4 USD per user slot per month.
Another quick example:
The Annual package for the Premium plan for 15 employees would cost 4 USD/user/month for each of the 15 employee slots = 60 USD/month = 720 USD/year.
