TalentHR currently offers three plans: Free, Essential, and Premium. 

Free

With the Free plan, you can have up to 10 active employees on your portal, including the Owner (Admin) of the domain. This does not include terminated or deleted employees.

When it comes to our applicant tracking features, while on the Free plan, you can have up to 2 job openings published at a time. 

Access to our AI-powered HR assistant is available to all plans. The HR assistant is currently in Beta.

Our Slack integration was available in Beta for all plans (Free, Essential, Premium), until December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, the Slack integration is available on the Premium plan, but Free portals that were already integrated with Slack will keep their activations.

Essential

The Essential plan has no maximum user limit, and unlocks access to the following:

• Assets
• Custom fields
• Safe voice
• public API
• Zapier integrations
• Unlimited job posting capabilities, allowing you to publish and share as many jobs as needed to meet your recruitment goals.

If you decide to purchase the Essential plan, you can choose the maximum user limit corresponding to your needs. The Essential plan starts at 15 maximum active users, and you can increase the maximum user limit in increments of 5.

You’ll be charged for all the user slots your plan supports. Keep in mind that the first 10 user slots are not free on the Essential plan. 

The Monthly Essential plan costs 2.40 USD per user slot per month, while the Essential Annual plan is a more affordable option at 2 USD per user slot per month.

Here’s a quick example:

The Annual package for the Essential plan for 15 employees would cost 2 USD/user/month for each of the 15 employee slots = 30 USD/month = 360 USD/year.

Premium

In addition to all aforementioned features unlocked with the Essential plan, the Premium plan includes:

• Performance reviews
• AI candidate suitability scoring
• AI summary for company files and employee documents
• Slack integration
• Employee surveys
• Document signing
• Time tracking
• Goal setting
• AI-powered CV summaries

Similarly to the Essential plan, the Premium plan plan starts at 15 maximum active users, and you can increase the maximum user limit in increments of 5. The first 10 user slots are not free on the Premium plan. 

The Monthly Premium plan costs 4.80 USD per user slot per month, while the Premium Annual plan is a lower-cost option at 4 USD per user slot per month.

The Annual package for the Premium plan for 15 employees would cost 4 USD/user/month for each of the 15 employee slots = 60 USD/month = 720 USD/year.
