When you first create your TalentHR domain, you will get a 14-day trial of our Premium plan!
Once the trial ends, you will automatically be on the Free plan, which allows up to 10 total active users. As you scale, you might want to look into purchasing our Essential or Premium plans. Both plans start at 15 maximum active users, and you can increase the maximum user limit in increments of 5.
At the moment, our Slack integration is available in Beta for all plans (Free, Essential, Premium), until December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, the Slack integration will be available on the Essential and Premium plans, but Free portals that were already integrated with Slack will keep their activations.
Essential
The Essential plan comes with Assets, Custom fields and Safe voice unlocked, as well as unlimited job posting capabilities.
Premium
In addition to all aforementioned features unlocked with the Essential plan, the Premium plan includes:
- Access to Zapier
- Performance reviews
- AI candidate suitability scoring
- AI summary for company files and employee documents
- Access to our public API.
Our plans are available as a Monthly or an Annual subscription.

Monthly
The Monthly plan costs 2.40 USD per user per month (Essential) or 4.80 USD per user per month (Premium). -
Annual
The Annual plan is a more affordable option, at 2 USD per user per month (Essential) or 4 USD per user per month (Premium).

To start your TalentHR subscription:
1. Login to your TalentHR portal as an Admin and click Select plan (1) from the main menu.
2. Choose if you want your subscription to be Monthly or Annual (2).
3. Use the + and - buttons (3) to select the maximum number of users for your preferred plan.
4. Click Purchase (4) under Essential or Premium, depending on your needs, to proceed with the payment.
5. You will be redirected to our payments environment to perform your transaction securely. Your credit card details are encrypted and your personal data is protected. Enter your billing details and credit card information (5).
6. If applicable, add a discount coupon in the coupon field (6).
7. Click Purchase (7) to complete your purchase.

Your subscription will be automatically renewed on a Monthly or Annual basis, depending on the plan you’ve selected.
