Employee surveys are a powerful tool for gathering insights into your team's sentiments, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction. With TalentHR's AI-powered employee surveys, you can design and distribute custom surveys and analyze responses to foster a more connected and productive workplace.

Working with an employee survey on TalentHR, you will:

B. Configure the survey’s settings and its recipients

Let’s start.
A. Create the survey questions
1. Log in to TalentHR as an Administrator or an HR Manager and go to Surveys (1).
2. Under the Active tab, which stores all active surveys, click Add survey (2).
3. Utilize the AI-assisted tool (3) to generate a set of questions and customize them as necessary to align with your objectives.
Note: Click Add question (4) to manually type your own questions. Questions can be any of the following types: Text, long text, single choice, multiple choice, rating. |
4. When you’re done creating your questions for your survey, click Continue (5).
Note: You can preview (6) your survey at any time before submitting your questions. |
B. Configure the survey’s settings and its recipients
1. Name (1) and describe (2) your survey.
Note: If you use AI to generate questions for your survey, these fields will be automatically filled in, but you can still edit them. |
2. Choose its start date (3) and its duration (4). A survey can last between 3 days, 5 days, 15 days and 1 month.
3. Set anonymity preferences for your survey, by deciding whether responses will be anonymous (5), to encourage candid feedback.
4. Choose the departments, teams, or individual employees you wish to participate in the survey, or enable the All employees (6) option to have the entire organization take part in the survey.
5. Click Publish (7) to publish your survey.
Note: At any point, click Save draft (8) to save your survey without publishing it. Click Preview (9) to see your survey from the employee’s perspective. |
C. Monitor results
1. Go to Surveys (1) and click on your survey’s card (2).
Note: Active and archived surveys are separated under their respective tabs. |
2. You will be redirected to Results. Once responses are collected, review the visual reports (4) and apply filters (5) as needed to interpret the data effectively.
Note: Click the download (6) icon to export your survey results in xslx format. To delete all results, click Reset responses (7). |
