TalentHR supports the automatic generation of AI summaries for your files and documents. When enabled, this option will provide you with a brief summary of your company files and your employee documents, so you don’t need to open them to view their content.
To enable AI summary for files and documents:
1. Sign in to your TalentHR portal as an Admin or an HR Manager and go to Settings > Domain settings (1).
2. Make sure you’re on the General tab (2).
3. Scroll down to the Files section and check the Enable AI summary option (3).
4. Click Save (4) at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Now, when browsing the Files section of your portal or the Documents tab of an employee’s profile, you’ll see an AI icon next to each item. Hover over the icon (5) to view the summary for the respective document/file.
