If you’re on a paid subscription plan, you can upgrade or downgrade it by moving between the Essential and Premium plans, and/or by increasing or decreasing your maximum user limit.

A. Upgrading your plan
When you upgrade your plan (in terms of its maximum user limit, from Essential to Premium, or both), the change will happen effective immediately. We will charge the payment method we have on file for the difference between your old and new plans. Your billing cycle will remain the same, so you will only be charged for the remaining time until your next billing date.
B. Downgrading your plan
On the other hand, when you downgrade your plan (in terms of its maximum user limit, from Premium to Essential, or both), the change will happen on your next billing date, at the end of your current billing cycle.
Note: Access to the Subscription section of your TalentHR portal is reserved to Admin(s). Click here to read more about each user role in TalentHR. |
To upgrade or downgrade your plan:
1. Log in to your TalentHR portal as an Admin and go to Subscription (1) (or Select plan, if you're still on the Free plan).
2. Use the toggle (2) to choose between monthly and annual billing.
3. Use the + and - buttons (3) under Essential or Premium, depending on which plan you wish to purchase, to select the maximum user limit for your desired plan.
4. Click Upgrade (4) (or Downgrade) under the plan of your choice (Essential or Premium) to confirm and proceed with your purchase.
Note: You will be redirected to checkout, to finalize the purchase. We will charge the card you have saved under the Billing section of your portal. |
Cancelling a scheduled plan downgrade
If you’ve chosen to downgrade your plan, you will see a message (1) displayed in the Subscription section of your account until the change goes through at the end of your billing cycle. In case you wish to cancel your scheduled subscription change before the specified date:
1. Click on the message informing you when your downgrade is scheduled to take place.
2. In the pop-up, click Confirm (2).
Note: You can upgrade your plan in terms of its maximum user limit while downgrading from Premium to Essential at the same time, if necessary. The reverse is also true; you can upgrade your plan from Essential to Premium but downgrade it in terms of its maximum user limit at the same time. |
