If you’re on a paid subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active for the rest of your billing cycle and will expire automatically on your next billing date.

To cancel your subscription:
1. Log in to your TalentHR portal as an Admin and navigate to Subscription (1).
2. Click Cancel (2) below your current plan.
3. Complete the cancellation survey. In the last step, the system informs you that your subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of your billing period. Click Yes, proceed (3) to verify and complete the cancellation.
Resuming your subscription
Once you've scheduled your subscription for cancellation, a relevant cancellation message (1) will appear in the Subscription section of your portal.
Your subscription is scheduled to be cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle.
If you change your mind before that time, you're easily able to resume your subscription by following these steps:
1. Click on the cancellation message, or click Resume (2).
2. In the pop-up, click Confirm (3).
