When you first create your TalentHR domain, you will get a 14-day trial of our Premium plan!
Once the trial ends, you will automatically be on the Free plan, which allows up to 10 total active users, and up to 2 job openings published at once.
As you scale, you might want to look into purchasing our Essential or Premium plans. Both plans start at 15 maximum active users, and you can increase the maximum user limit in increments of 5.
Essential
The Essential plan comes with the following features unlocked:

Premium
In addition to all aforementioned features unlocked with the Essential plan, the Premium plan includes:

Our plans are available as a Monthly or an Annual subscription.

Monthly
The Monthly plan costs 2.40 USD per user per month (Essential) or 4.80 USD per user per month (Premium). -
Annual
The Annual plan is a more affordable option, at 2 USD per user per month (Essential) or 4 USD per user per month (Premium).

To start your TalentHR subscription:
1. Log in to your TalentHR portal as an Admin, and click Select plan (1) from the main menu.
2. Make sure you're under the Subscription (2) tab.
3. Choose if you want your subscription to be Monthly or Annual (3).
4. Use the + and - (4) buttons to select the maximum number of users/available seats for your preferred plan.
5. Depending on which plan you wish to purchase, click Select plan (5) under Essential or Premium to proceed with the payment.
6. You will be redirected to our payment environment to perform your transaction securely. Your credit card details are encrypted and your personal data is protected. Enter your billing details (6).
7. Continue with your credit card information (7).
8. If applicable, add a discount coupon in the coupon (8) field.
9. Click Purchase (9) to complete your purchase.
| Note: Our Slack integration was available in Beta for all plans (Free, Essential, Premium), until December 31, 2024. After December 31, 2024, the Slack integration is available on the Premium plan, but Free portals that were already integrated with Slack will keep their activations. |
