Note: Safe voice is available with the Essential and Premium plans. |
You can enable the Safe voice feature on TalentHR, to allow employees to report incidents. Employees are also able to report incidents anonymously. Safe voice meets the EU Whistleblower Directive (EU) 2019/1937. TalentHR does not log Safe Voice activity or messages, ensuring user privacy.
To enable Safe voice on your TalentHR portal:
- Go to “Settings” and select “Safe voice” (1).
- Click “Add recipient” (2) to designate the person who will receive employees’ incident reports.
- Select “With email” (3) and type an email address in the field (4) to send incident reports to a specific recipient. The email address doesn’t need to belong to an existing employee in your organization.
- Alternatively, select “Existing employee” (5) and choose the employee who is going to receive incident reports from the dropdown menu (6).
- Once you’ve specified a recipient for incident reports, the Safe voice feature will be automatically activated on your portal. You can disable (7) it at any time from this page.
Note: You can have up to 3 recipients for incident reports. You can add, remove or edit recipients at any time. |
Once Safe voice is activated, employees can click on their profile picture (1) at the top right-hand corner of their screens and select “Safe voice” (2) from the menu to report incidents.
Employees can choose to submit their reports anonymously (1) and can optionally attach a file up to 10MB (2) to their message. Employees are able to see the email address(es) of the recipient(s) (3) of the incident report. Employees’ incident reports are sent by TalentHR as emails to the designated recipient(s) and are not stored on TalentHR.
