New features

• Action Hub: Admins and HR Managers can now use the Action Hub to view pending and completed actions across the organization in one place, including tasks, time off requests, performance reviews, surveys, and document signing.
• App switcher (Waffle button): Connected TalentHR and TalentLMS users can now seamlessly switch between products. Account owners can also explore additional TalentLMS products. See this article for more information. 

Improvements

• Import & export Time Off Budgets: You can now import and export Time Off Budgets in bulk, making it easier to manage employee balances and perform mass updates, including both fixed and accrual-generated balances. 
• Manual decrease for accrual-based Time Off Budgets: You can now manually decrease accrued Time Off Budgets, providing more flexibility when budget adjustments are needed. For more information, read this article.
• Calendar days for Time Off Types: You can now configure a Time Off Type to count all calendar days, including non-working days.
• Time off within Blocked Time Off Periods: Employees with the People → Manage time off history permission can now add time off during a Blocked Time Off Period.
• Read-only Public API keys: You can now create a Public API key with read-only permissions, allowing access to data without permitting changes.
• Expanded Compensation report: The Compensation report now includes each employee's current record along with historical data, making it easier to review compensation changes over time.
• Centralized Import/Export: Settings → Import/Export now brings together all available imports and exports (Employees, Assets, Time Off Budgets), along with their history, in one place.
