New Features
- Employee goals: You can now set and manage individual or shared employee goals. Use Goal setting to track progress and support professional growth over time. Goal setting is available with the Premium plan. Read this article for more information.
- Compensation bonuses and installments: We’ve added support for one-off bonuses and annual compensation broken down into custom installments, making it easier to represent compensation structures accurately across locations.
- Resignation as a termination type: When marking an employee as terminated, you can now select Resignation as the reason. You can also define an employee’s termination as regrettable or non-regrettable.
- New languages: TalentHR is now available in Lithuanian, Arabic, Ukrainian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese.
Improvements
- Manual time entry for Time tracking: In addition to using the timer, your people can now manually add time entries in the Time tracking section. This gives your team more flexibility to log work hours accurately.
- Currency settings: For fields that involve monetary values (like compensation, benefits, and assets), you can now define the relevant currency per record.
