- Time off report: A new time off report is now available, showing days off per time off type. The report includes filters such as year, location, department, and more. The new tab is called Patterns, and it helps spot trends and recurring absence types more easily. Read here for the details.
- Dashboard customization: Admins and HR Managers can now customize the employee dashboard by selecting which data will be shown in the widgets. Employees can reorder their dashboard widgets. Read this article for more information.
- My team / My peers widget: A new widget is available on the employee dashboard, allowing users to view their direct reports and peers.
- Add candidate (ATS): Admins and HR Managers can now manually add candidates to a job opening, streamlining recruitment workflows and improving pipeline control. See here for the steps.
- Autofill candidate data from CVs (ATS): When candidates upload their CVs during application, basic information like name, email, and phone number is now automatically populated into the form.
Improvements
- Prorated time off policies (Time off accrual): TalentHR now supports prorated leave policies, allowing you to automatically adjust time off based on each employee's start date or contract terms. Follow this link for the in-depth guide.
- Time off settings relocation: Time off configuration settings have moved to a dedicated tab under Settings > Time off > Configuration, for easier access and organization.
- ATS pipeline customization: You can now include additional steps in your recruitment pipelines, making your applicant tracking flow more flexible.
- Hiring team enhancements (ATS): Members of the hiring team for a job opening can now move candidates through its pipeline, in addition to leaving notes.
- Expanded job description fields (ATS): We've added new data fields to job descriptions in the ATS, giving you more flexibility when posting and managing job listings.
- Hires/Leaves report (Attrition rate chart): The Hires/Leaves report now includes a new attrition rate chart, which helps you better monitor turnover trends. See this article for more info.
- Email notifications for cancelled leave: When an accepted time off is cancelled, both the employee and their manager receive an automatic email notification.
- Additional billing email: You can now add a second billing contact to your account, ensuring that all billing-related emails (including invoices) are sent to both the account admin and the billing contact. Read this article for the steps.
