New feature 

• Expanded Performance Reviews with 360° feedback: In addition to the employee's self-review and the manager's review, you can now collect peer and upward feedback, allowing for a more comprehensive evaluation process.
• Import & export Assets: You can now import and export your company Assets in bulk. This makes it easier to migrate existing asset records, perform mass updates, and maintain your asset inventory.

Improvements

• Notes for Time Tracking entries: Employees can now add notes to their Time Tracking entries, providing additional context for individual clock-in sessions whenever needed.
• "Applied To" filter for Blocked Time Off Periods: Blocked Time Off Periods (per Time Off Type) can now be applied to specific employees or groups of employees, allowing you to define time off restrictions more precisely. 
• Expanded employee Import & Export: The employee import/export functionality now supports the following additional fields: Working Days, Time Off Approvers, Pay Rate Currency. This makes bulk employee management and data migration even more flexible.
• Internal applicant notifications: Employees created through the internal application process will no longer receive an applicant creation email notification.
• Accessibility improvements: We've implemented additional accessibility best practices, including improved ARIA support and enhanced compatibility with screen readers, helping make TalentHR more accessible to all users.
