New Features

• Time tracking: TalentHR's Premium plan now supports time tracking, allowing employees to clock in and out directly within the platform. Click here to read more about the feature.
• HR assistant: TalentHR now includes a new AI-powered HR assistant, created to give you quick answers to anything TalentHR-related. The HR assistant is in Beta and is available to all plans for the time being.
• General tasks: You can now create and assign tasks to existing employees, without linking them to onboarding or offboarding processes. Read this article for more information.

• Subscription and plans: Public API and Zapier integrations are now available to users on the Essential plan!
• Recurring surveys: Surveys now support recurrence, enabling you to schedule them at regular intervals.
• Survey question sorting: We've added functionality to sort survey questions, allowing for better organization and flow.
• Historical averages for survey questions: A new metric that calculates the historical average for rating questions in surveys, providing deeper insights over time, has been introduced.
• User Interface enhancements: We updated graphics and text for 'no records' states in lists & reorganized the sidebar menu for improved navigation.
• AI summary formatting: Improved formatting for AI-generated summaries in the Files section, enhancing presentation and readability.
