New Features

• Workflows: You can now create automated workflows to streamline recurring HR processes and reduce manual work. Previous onboarding/offboarding task management functionality has now been fully incorporated into Workflows. 
• Guided onboarding on registration: New TalentHR portals now get a more guided onboarding experience, including progress tracking and helpful videos.
• Customizable onboarding fields: You can now customize the fields employees are prompted to complete during their first login to TalentHR. 

Improvements

• Public API updates: The public API has been expanded to include most of the functionality available in the in-app API.
• Owner email verification after registration: New TalentHR portal registrations now include owner email verification for added security.
• New permission for viewing terminated employees: A new user role permission controls which users can view terminated employees.
• Job opening expiration date: You can now add an expiration date to job openings.
• Emergency contact import update: Emergency contact details can now be updated through import.
• AI assistant control for Hiring: TalentHR domains can now disable the AI assistant in the ATS, including CV information extraction, summaries, skills, and suitability.
• Time off policy Timeline update: A new Timeline entry is now added when a time off accrual policy is saved with manual budget removal enabled.
