Note: While on the Free plan, you can have up to 2 job positions published simultaneously. You can have more job positions in Archived or Draft status. On the other hand, the Essential plan offers unlimited job posting capabilities, allowing you to post as many job positions as needed to meet your recruitment goals. |
TalentHR lets you build a talent pool with applicants you might want to refer back to in the future, in case new positions open. While you’re managing your current job positions and applications, you can choose to add any applicant to your talent pool at any time.
To add candidates to your talent pool:
- Navigate to “Hiring”, go to “Candidates”, and select the “All candidates” (1) tab. Here, you’ll see a list of all your current applicants.
- Click the star icon (2) on any candidate’s card to add the candidate to your talent pool.
As long as you don’t delete candidates, they’ll remain in your talent pool even if you archive or delete the job position they initially applied for. You can add them as active candidates for a new job position at any time.
To add a candidate to the pool of an open job position, go to your “Talent pool” tab and click “Add to job” (3) on the candidate’s card. Optionally, choose to move the applicant to a later stage of the application process as well (4).
