TalentHR lets you choose which fields new hires are prompted to complete when they first sign in to their account.
These fields are managed globally and apply to all new hires.
| Note: Onboarding fields can’t be customized per employee or per workflow. |
To customize onboarding fields:
1. Sign in to your TalentHR account as an Admin or HR Manager, and click Settings (1).
2. Go to People profiles (2).
3. Make sure you’re on the Personal fields (3) tab.
4. Click Onboarding fields (4).
5. Select the fields (5) new hires should complete during onboarding.
You can choose from:
- Basic information
- Pre-built fields
- User-added (custom) fields
6. Click Save (6) to apply your changes.
| Note: Some fields, such as Name, Surname, and Email, are selected by default. |
New hires will be asked to complete the selected fields (1) when they first sign in to TalentHR.
You can also access onboarding fields from Workflows:
1. Go to Workflows and click Add workflow.
2. Select New hire added (1) as the trigger.
3. Click Onboarding fields (2).
You’ll be redirected to the same Onboarding fields page under Settings.
