With TalentHR’s suitability scoring tool, manual CV screening is replaced by an automated, consistent, and fair process that aligns with today’s fast-paced hiring demands. Based on the job description you create, AI extracts the most important skills required for the role. There’s no need to spend extra time on this—AI does it automatically. 

Once the key skills are identified, the tool applies them to the resumes in the candidate pool for this specific position. It scans each CV for those skills and provides a suitability score based on how well a candidate’s qualifications match the role. l It also creates a summary of the candidate’s skills to provide an at-a-glance understanding of how they align with the position’s requirements. This makes the evaluation process both faster and more thorough.

Here’s how it works:

1. Log in to your TalentHR portal as an Admin or an HR Manager and go to Hiring (1) > Positions. 

2. Click on a job position (2) that one or more people have already applied for to view the list of candidates for that position.

3. On each applicant’s card, you’ll see their AI Suitability score. Applicants are scored between 0 and 10. Click the arrow button next to a candidate’s score (3) to view how they score in each skill the system has identified as key for your job position. 

4. Click on the candidate’s card to open their application. At the bottom right side of the screen, you’ll see a collapsed AI Suitability tab (4) showing the candidate’s score. 

5. Click on this tab to expand it and see a summary of the candidate’s qualifications based on their CV, created by AI.

6. Click the + button (5) to see the entire summary.
