TalentHR allows you to build custom user fields for your employees’ profiles, in addition to the pre-existing fields that are already part of the system.
Go to Settings and click Custom fields (1). You can see all of the custom fields you’ve created under Custom fields. From this screen, you can change a custom field’s visibility (2), enable/disable it (3), edit, or delete it (4).
To add a custom field:
1. Click Add custom field (5) to create a new user field.
2. Type a name (6) for your custom field.
3. Specify the type of the custom field (7). A custom field may be any of the following types: Text, Long text, Single choice, Multiple choice, Date, Link, and Employee.
4. Specify the visibility of the custom field (8). All fields are visible to the main Administrator of the domain and to all HR Managers. In addition, the available options are: All, Employee & their manager, The manager, and Employee.
5. Save your field.
Note: All user fields (both custom fields and pre-existing fields) can be included in data exports, as long as the fields are enabled. |
