By default, TalentHR allows employees to sign in via local login (by entering their associated email address and password), or via Gmail, Apple, or Microsoft login.
You can limit the allowed authentication methods to any of the above or a combination of them.
To configure your preferred login methods:
1. Sign in as an Admin or an HR Manager and go to Settings > Domain settings (1).
2. Make sure you’re on the General tab (2).
3. Scroll down to the Authentication method section and then, enable or disable any login method (3) as needed.
Note: If you disable Gmail, Apple or Microsoft from the available authentication methods, users that had enabled their accounts with the disabled option will no longer be able to sign in. |
4. Don’t forget to click Save (4) at the bottom of the page to apply your new settings.
