To add an extra layer of security to your domain, you can require users who sign in with email and password to verify their identity using Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). After entering their credentials, users receive a 6-digit code via email that they must enter to complete login.
| Note: Two-Factor Authentication applies only to users signing in with email. Users logging in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple are authenticated via those services and don’t use 2FA in TalentHR. |
To enable Two-Factor Authentication for your domain:
1. Sign in to your TalentHR account as an Admin or an HR Manager, and go to Settings (1).
2. Click Domain settings (2).
3. In the General (3) tab, scroll to the Authentication methods section.
4. Enable the toggle for Two-Factor Authentication (4).
5. Click Save (5) at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
Once enabled, email-based logins will be prompted to enter a verification code sent to their inbox each time they log in.
