Import employees from your Google Workspace contacts to your TalentHR portal, along with their profile photos.
To import contacts from Google Workspace:
1. Click Add employee (1) at the top of your dashboard. A new page will open.
2. Click the Add from Google Workspace (2) button.
3. Select your Google account and grant the necessary permissions (3) to TalentHR to continue.
4. Select users (4) from your Google Workspace contacts to add as employees on TalentHR.
5. Use the Manager dropdown menu (5) to assign a Manager to each employee before importing them.
6. You can choose Don't send invitation email to disable the initial system invite. You can always send the invitation later by following these steps.
