Inventory
Note: Inventory can be assigned to one employee at a time. |
The “Inventory” (1) tab will display your current inventory. Click the “Actions” drop-down and mark your inventory as In service, Broken, or Retired (5), depending on its status. Retired inventory and its history will disappear from your assets and will no longer be available. In addition, you can clone your inventory or delete it (6).
The “History” (1) tab will display all actions that have taken place, including changes in the basic information for this inventory, employee assignment, or status (In service, Broken).
Memberships
Note: Memberships can be applied to multiple employees at the same time. |

Click the “Actions” drop-down to mark a membership as Retired (5) when you wish to remove it from your assets completely. Retired memberships and their history will disappear from your assets and will no longer be available. In addition, you can clone your membership or delete it (6).
The “Users” (1) tab will include all users currently assigned to this membership. Click the bin icon (2) next to any employee to remove them from the membership list. Click “Assign” (3) to open the “Assign users” window and select employees (4) to assign the membership to.
The “History” (1) tab will display all actions that have taken place, including changes in basic information for this membership and employee assignments.
