Your assets, both inventory as well as memberships, can be organized into categories. The system comes pre-populated with several categories by default. You can edit, activate/deactivate, or delete any of them at any time. You can also create new categories.
To manage your asset categories:
- Go to “Settings” and click “Assets” (1).
- Select the “Inventory” (2) tab or the “Memberships” (3) tab to see the existing categories for each respective type of asset.
- Edit, activate/deactivate, or delete (4) any existing category at any time.
To create a new category:
- Click “Add” (1).
- Type a name (2) for your new category and save it. Any new category will become active by default.
