If an employee's activation email link has expired, you don’t need to resend the invitation. Instead, follow one of these two options:
- Ask the user to navigate to your portal's URL (i.e. [domain name].talenthr.io), click on Forgot your password? and follow the steps.
- Resend the activation email.
Either option will allow the employee to access their account.
| Note: As a best practice, make sure to fully activate your new employees' email accounts before you add them to TalentHR. Otherwise, our emails might not reach them, even after you activate them. In case your employees aren't receiving the invitation emails, please contact our support team by sending an email to help@talenthr.io. |
