If you’ve forgotten your TalentHR password, you can use your email address as an identifier and request a password reset.
To reset your password:
- Select the “Forgot password?” option (1) below the Password field on the login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your TalentHR account in the Account email address field (2).
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email to set a new password and access your account.
| Note: For security reasons, the password reset link will remain active for 24 hours and then it will expire. You may receive an error message stating that the password reset link is no longer valid. In this case, repeat the steps to request a new password reset email. |
