By default, the person who creates the TalentHR portal is the designated Owner of the domain and is always an Admin. Admins have full access to all features of the TalentHR portal, including access to the Subscription section.
The Owner can transfer the ownership of the portal to another employee. The new Owner becomes an Admin upon acquiring ownership of the portal. The previous owner will keep the Admin status as well.
Note: Only the current Owner of the domain can perform an ownership transfer to another employee. |
To transfer the ownership of your TalentHR domain:
1. Log in to your TalentHR portal, go to People (1), and open the profile of the employee you wish to transfer the ownership of your portal to.
2. Click to expand the Actions drop-down (2) under the employee’s profile image.
3. Click Make owner (3).
4. A confirmation box will appear, informing you that by proceeding, you’ll be transferring the “Owner” status to this employee and you’ll remain as an Admin. Type the word Owner in the relevant field (4) to unlock the Confirm button, then click Confirm (5) to save your change.
