Your TalentHR domain has several sample departments which may or may not apply to your organization. Add, edit, or delete departments based on your organization’s structure.
To add, edit, or delete departments:
1. Log in to your TalentHR account as an Admin or an HR Manager and navigate to Settings > Org Units (1).
2. Select the Departments (2) tab. Here you can manage existing departments or add new ones.
3. Click the pencil icon to change the name of any department, or click the recycle bin icon (3) to delete it.
4. Add a new department by clicking Add department (4).
5. Type a name for your new department click Save (5).
