To update your personal information in TalentHR, follow these simple steps:
1. From the left-side menu, go to My profile (1).
2. Under the Personal tab, update your basic information (2) such as name, gender, date of birth, contact details, etc.
3. Click Save (3) to confirm your changes (or Discard to cancel).
In addition, your profile page also includes the following tabs (4):
- Education: Add or update your education history.
- Job: View or edit your job-related information (e.g., hire date, contract type, department, etc.).
- Documents: Upload and manage personal or job-related files.
- Tasks: Track and manage your assigned tasks.
- Time off: Review your time-off balance and request time off.
- Time tracking: Monitor your working hours and manage time entries.
- Training: Access assigned training material (if applicable).
- Performance: View performance evaluations.
- Assets: Keep track of company assets assigned to you.
