On TalentHR, full permissions are tied to the HR Manager role. HR Managers have all the same permissions as the Admin of the domain, minus access to the Subscription section.

Depending on how much control you wish to provide to the second account, you have the following options:

• Grant them with HR Manager permissions: You can make any employee an HR Manager. See here for the steps.
• Make them an Admin: If you're the current owner of the TalentHR domain (and thus an Admin yourself), you can transfer the ownership of the domain to a new Admin, and you will also retain the Admin status. To do so, follow these steps.
