New features/Improvements
- Authentication Methods: HR managers can now limit the methods of logging in to their domain by choosing between local login and signing in via Gmail. You can read more about it here.
- Training: Added the functionality to get additional course information in the training list for each employee.
- Group By: A “group by” option has been added in Headcount, Age Profile, Gender, Compensation, Seniority Profile, Locations, Divisions, and Departments reports.
- Compensation Averages: A new Averages tab has been added under the Compensation report, which calculates the Average Compensation within the company by Department, Division, Location, Gender, Age, or Seniority. Read here for more information.
- Additional Data in Reports: Clickable bars in reports now show which employees took part in the calculation of the specific bar.
- Customize Compensation Ranges: Custom compensation ranges have been added in Compensation reports.
- Customize Period Ranges: Custom period ranges have been added in Hires/Leaves and Headcount reports.
- Benefit Cost: Added benefit costs for each employee in Compensation data exports.
- Additional Employee Data in Data Exports: Added current Division, Location, and Department for each employee in Employee data exports and Compensation data exports.
- Export Timeline: You can now export your Timeline in .xlsx format.
- Create a Custom Type of Data Export: You can now add one or more custom types of data export. Learn more about it here.
- Employee Number: An Employee Number field has been added in employee profiles.
- Search Optimization: Optimized queries during Global Search.
