The Time off report shows how many days of time off each employee has taken, organized by the type of time off.
The report can be filtered by Location, Division, or Department (1). You can search for a specific employee by using the relevant search field (2).
The default view of the Time off report will show data for the current year. Select the relevant filter (3) and a different year to see the time off data for other years.
To download the Time off report for the current year in .xlsx format, click the Export button (4).
|Note: Apart from showing how many days off the employees have taken and what their total time-off budgets are, the exported report will also contain a month-by-month breakdown of all employees’ time off according to the effective dates of their time-off requests.
