In case a mistake was made, or an employee was accidentally added to your domain, TalentHR lets you easily delete an employee at any point.
To delete an employee:
- Open the employee’s user profile and click the “Actions” drop-down menu below the employee’s profile image.
- Click “Delete” (1).
- Deleting an employee requires additional confirmation. A pop-up window will appear. Type “DELETE” in the relevant field (2) to unlock the “Confirm” button.
- Click “Confirm” (3) to delete the employee from your domain.
Note: Once an employee is deleted, their email address can be used on your domain again. |
