The Divisions report shows the number of employees organized by division, as defined in Settings > Divisions. It is available as a bar chart (1), as a list (2) and as a donut chart (3).
Select any bar while in the bar chart view (4) to see which employees took part in the calculation of that bar.
Use the Group by option (5) to show results grouped by Department, Location, Gender, Age, or Seniority.
When results are grouped by Department, Location, Gender, Age, or Seniority, you can click on any of the available options (6) above the bar chart to eliminate a specific Department, Location, Gender, Age, or Seniority option from the calculations.
While in the donut chart view, hover over the different parts of the donut chart to see more information about each division (7), including the number of employees by division and the percentage they represent.
To download the Divisions report in .xlsx format, click the Export button (8).
