- Optionally, make your review cycle recurring (7). The available options are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. Alternatively, select “No recurrence” to configure this performance review as a one-time event.
Note: It's not possible to schedule a performance review cycle for the same day. You will need to select the next day and the review cycle will open at 00:01. Email notifications to employees and managers are sent approximately at 07:00, according to the time zone setting of your portal. |
Review questions
Performance review questions are intended to assess the value and engagement of employees, as well as how valued the employees feel and how they could improve, or be more engaged.
In this context, the first question in the review is meant to assess value, while the second question pertains to the employee's engagement.
The third and fourth questions are intended to be utilized more freely, as the system does not report on them on a company-wide scale but only at the employee level.
To edit the performance review questions:
- Navigate to “Settings”, go to “Performance” and click the “Review questions” (1) tab.
- Employee questions and Manager questions are grouped accordingly. Click the pencil icon (2) next to any question to edit it.
- Edit the Title of the target question (3). If the selected question is multiple choice, you can also edit the available answers (4). Use placeholder {Company} for your company's name and {Name} for employee's name. On the user’s end, the placeholders will be populated by the corresponding values for each employee.
When you’ve created one or more review cycles, you can deactivate (1), edit, or delete them (2) at any time.
