Note: Performance management is available with the Premium plan. |
When a new performance review cycle begins, the employee and the employee’s direct manager will receive an email with a link to complete the employee’s performance review.
If the employee completes and submits the review before their manager, the manager will be able to see their employee’s performance review.
Similarly, if the manager completes and submits their review prior to the employee, the employee will be able to see their manager’s feedback before they submit their own review.
However, the only answers that are visible to the employee after the manager’s review has been submitted are those marked as “Visible to all”. Questions marked as “Visible to Manager” are going to be visible to the manager only, as well as to HR Managers of the domain.
To complete the review as a manager:
- Go to “My profile” and click the “Performance” tab (1).
Note: Alternatively, you can find pending performance reviews under the “For action” menu. - Under “Reviews about my people”, you will see all of your employees’ performance reviews. Click “Review” (2) next to any pending employee’s review to begin.
- Answer the questions and click “Submit review” (3) to finish the performance review.
Note: View previous review cycles by clicking on the “View” button next to a cycle that you’ve already submitted your review for, or toggle between cycles while taking your review by clicking on the “Review cycle” dropdown button. |
Note: Select “Save draft” at any point prior to submitting the performance review to save your answers as a draft. You can get back to completing the review at a later time. A draft is not visible to the employee or any HR Manager. |
