Integrating your TalentHR account with Outlook Calendar ensures that your approved time off is automatically synchronized, helping you manage your schedule more effectively.
To integrate TalentHR with your Outlook Calendar:
1. Log in to TalentHR and click on your profile image (1) located at the top right corner of the dashboard.
2. From the dropdown menu, select Calendar integration (2).
3. You will be redirected to the Integrations tab within the My settings page. Under the Outlook Calendar option, click on Add integration (3).
5. A pop-up window will appear. Click on Connect with Outlook Calendar (4).
Note: You will be redirected to Microsoft Outlook’s login environment. Sign in using your Microsoft account credentials and then follow the flow to grant TalentHR the necessary permissions to access your Outlook Calendar. |
After granting permissions, you will be redirected back to the Integrations tab. The Outlook Calendar integration status should now display as Enabled (5).

Managing reminders
1. In the Integrations tab, click on Edit integration (1) next to the Outlook Calendar option.
2. Toggle the Receive time off reminders (2) option on or off, based on your preference.
3. Click Save (3) to apply your changes.
Disconnecting the integration
To disable the integration at any time, navigate to the Integrations tab under My settings, click Edit integration, and then select Disconnect Outlook Calendar (1) and hit Save.
By following these steps, you can ensure that your TalentHR leave information is seamlessly integrated with your Outlook Calendar, allowing for efficient management of your time off.
