TalentHR’s Performance Reports give Admins and HR Managers a clear overview of performance review results, helping them analyze responses and export the available data for further review.
To see the Performance Report, sign in to your TalentHR account as an Admin or HR Manager, and go to Performance, then select Reports.
| Note: Alternatively, go to Reports > Performance. |
The Performance Report includes two tabs:
- Company
- Employee
The report can be filtered by Period (1):
- Last 6 months
- Last 12 months
- Custom, up to 36 months.
A. Company tab
The Company tab shows an overview of the Performance Review results' Standard questions (2), grouped by question and shown in Donut chart form.
- The Feels valued section reports on the first Standard question asked of Employees.
- The Best work section reports on the second Standard question asked of Employees.
- The Contribution section reports on the first Standard question asked of the Employees’ Managers.
- The Engagement section reports on the second Standard question asked of the Employees’ Managers.
Donut charts
Click on any section to select it (e.g., Contribution).
Below each section’s Donut chart, you can see the possible answers and the percentage of responses organized by answer.
Hover over any part of the selected Donut chart (3) to see the number of responses for each possible answer.
Bar charts
The Company tab also shows a percentile distribution of answers for the two questions asked to Employees in Bar charts, grouped by Department / Division / Location / Gender / Age, or Seniority (1).
Hover over any part of the target Bar chart (2) to see the answer it represents.
B. Employee tab
In the report's Employee tab, the report can be further filtered by Name / Job title / Division / Department, Location, and/or Employment Type (1).
- Grid View (2): The Employee tab shows an XY scatter chart of Value / Engagement. Employees are distributed in the chart based on the answers given by their Managers to the first and second Standard questions asked in their most recent Performance Review.
Select any Employee’s image (3) to see the Value and Engagement metrics for each of their Performance Reviews, compared on a scale of 1-5.
-
List View (4): In this view, you will get the same information for your Employees, organized in list form.
The Value and Engagement columns will show the Employees’ metrics for their most recent Performance Review (on a scale of 1-5). Select any employee’s Value / Engagement (5) scores to compare their performance to previous Reviews or Cycles.
Exporting the Report
While the report's Company and Employee tabs in the TalentHR interface show data on any Standard questions used only, the exported Performance Review report will contain detailed information on all questions asked, including Custom questions.
In the Employee tab, click Export (6) to download your report in XLSX format.
| Note: Deleting a Review Cycle removes the cycle setup and its associated responses. Deleted Performance Review data cannot be restored, so use this option carefully. |
