If you’re on a paid subscription plan, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by adding or decreasing your maximum user limit.
When you upgrade your plan, the change will be effective immediately. We will charge the payment method we have on file for the difference between your old and new plan. Your billing cycle will remain the same, so you will only be charged for the remaining time until your next billing date.
On the other hand, when you downgrade your plan, the change will be effective on your next billing date, at the end of your current billing cycle.
To upgrade or downgrade your plan:
- Navigate to “Settings” and click “Subscription” (1).
- Move the slider (2) to select the maximum number of users for your preferred plan.
- Click “Upgrade” (3) (or “Downgrade”) to confirm your choice.
- Click “Purchase” (4).
If you have chosen to downgrade your plan, you will see a message displayed in the Subscription section of your account until the change goes through, at the end of your billing cycle. In case you wish to cancel your subscription change before the specified date, click the X icon (1) next to the message and then, click “Confirm” (2).
