| Note: Access to reloading sample data and deleting sample users is only available to the owner(Admin) of the TalentHR portal. |
Your TalentHR domain has sample users with all of their personal data filled out. This helps you test the domain and familiarize yourself with the platform. You can mass delete all sample users at any point.
To delete sample users:
- Navigate to “Settings”, click “Domain settings” (1) and select the “Sample data” (2) tab.
- Click “Delete” (3) to delete all sample users.
- Click “Delete” once more (4) to confirm.
| Note: The users you’ve created will not be affected. Other sample data such as job titles, locations, divisions or departments will also remain unaffected. You may utilize them on your TalentHR domain, or delete them later. |
