TalentHR makes various types of reports available to you. They represent an overview of different aspects of your organization. Reports allow you to dive deep into people analytics and keep track of your organization with big-picture graphs and statistics.

The company-wide Timeline tool is also available. It’s useful for tracking compliance within your organization. All reports can be exported in .xlsx format.

You have access to four types of reports from the Home (1) page of your TalentHR domain:

• Headcount
• Locations
• Divisions
• Departments

Access these and other types of reports in their full form by navigating to Reports (2) in your TalentHR domain. These additional report types are: 

• Hires/Leaves
• Age profile
• Gender
• Compensation
• Seniority profile
